It's more than just a marketing slogan, it's what we are all about. We strive to produce quality products that appeal to the fish first, the fisherperson second. 
The flies and jigs are made using the finest of materials and tried and true tying methods and techniques. These are not - superstore fly bin, mass produced by
some child labor factory in a third world country - flies and jigs. These are the flies and jigs that we ourselves fish with. We know what it's like when the hatch is
on and we search through the box for the perfect match at dusk, only to discover that the hook eye is not cleared of head cement! We pay attention to the details. We care
about the quality of our work, not the quantity we produce.
There is one down-side to all of that. We do not produce a large inventory. In some cases, your fly or jig order may be "tied on demand". We will do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, your flies or jigs will be on the way to you in 2-3 business days. The same attention to detail goes into the production of our dubbing, hair and fur products for you folks that prefer to tie your own. We use the materials we produce in our own flies and jigs. So maybe we're "control freaks", but maintaining some control over the materials you use and sell isn't such a bad thing, is it? If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, simply return the product to us for a full refund or replacement - your choice!
